Contractor licenses: new, suspended and expiring insurance or bond (Washington and Oregon)
Washington and Oregon contractor businesses that are newly licensed, just suspended, or whose liability insurance or contractor bond expires soon, read from official Washington L&I and Oregon CCB contractor-license open data. One row per signal: new license, suspension, insurance expiring, bond expiring (Oregon) and licenses that left the Oregon active list. Individuals and sole proprietors are dropped. Business data only; not a consumer report under the FCRA.
A test run on October 23, 2026 found 185 new Washington licenses and 89 new Oregon licenses in the last 7 days, 274 Washington suspensions, and 3,433 Washington and 1,638 Oregon contractors with insurance expiring in 30 days.
